Why this site?

My name is Bryan Botkin, & I’ve been meal prepping for 5 years while pursuing a variety of fitness goals. I’ve done bulks, cuts, 75 hard, trained for triathlons, & I’ve used these exact recipes the whole time. That’s why I truly believe meal prepping is an invaluable skill to learn & will help you achieve any fitness goal you may have.

I created this site to simplify your dieting and and to make it so that you don’t have to endure the problems I’ve faced while learning to be healthy. I use this website myself when meal prepping, as I’ve intentionally designed it to be way less annoying than the other blogs I’ve come across. Most notably, the recipe is at the very top, so you don’t have to fight the ads to see it.

I know I’m not some 0% bodyfat fitness influencer, but the fact that I’m just a regular guy is why you can really trust that this isn’t some crazy trend that no one can reasonably stick to. This website is simply home to a variety of high-protein & highly customizable recipes. As you learn, I highly recommend changing these recipes as you desire and increase your cooking skills along the way!

My Meal-Prep Strat

  • Each of my recipes is designed to provide 4 servings, as eating more than this within the 3-4 day period leftovers are safe for is difficult. You can adjust the servings for each recipe as you work to find the tempo that works for you
  • I meal prep two batches on Sunday or Monday (8 meals) which gets me through the weekdays. I know this doesn’t cover the full week, but I don’t like freezing meals & with my current goals, I can make room for chipotle with the boys every week or so.
  • Links to all the equipment I use can be found on the “shop” page, but you probably already have everything in your kitchen.
  • My recipes are definitely more geared toward maintenance in their original state. Please change the servings however you want to hit your unique calorie goals!

That’s basically it! Simple, but that’s what makes meal prep so great. I’ve found it to be the most efficient way to eat healthily by far. Go to my “Recipe Archive” page and start looking around for something that looks tasty!
