Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet
  • Cut the chicken into ~1/2 inch cubes, & cut the baby potatoes into quarters. Place in separate medium bowls, adding 1 tbsp of olive oil to each.
    2 lbs Chicken Breast, 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes, 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Then, sprinkle half the mixture on the chicken & half on the potatoes. Stir until each are mixed evenly.
    1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning, 1 tsp Garlic Salt, 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until golden brown & crispy.
  • While the potatoes are baking, in a large skillet over medium high heat, add the seasoned chicken & cook for 7-10 minutes until browned & cooked through. Be careful not to crowd the skillet, cooking in two skillets or two batches if necessary.
  • Add garlic & butter to the skillet, stirring to combine.
    2 tbsp Butter, 4 cloves Garlic
  • Add roasted potatoes to the skillet, tossing to combine, and turn heat down to low.
  • Add garlic parmesan sauce & toss to combine. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the mixture, covering with a lid to melt (~7 minutes)
    1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce, 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Separate into 4 equal portions & enjoy!
